We love making our own sausages.  Our favourite flavours are:

 

Herb de Provence

Herb and Cider

Wholegrain Mustard

Sunripe Tomotoes and Garlic

Plain as it comes

and of course South African Boerewors

 

We even make our own dry cured ham which have been dried for 6 months.

 

Only natural products used in our sausages and hams no funny additives or preservatives. Excellent on the braai (bbq).
